Grown up watching the romantic Bollywood movies always having a HAPPY ENDING, in which finally after all the hardships the Hero and Heroine patch up together what I had thought that in reality also every love story has a so called Happy ending…..
Before experiencing it, LOVE was the most awesome feeling for me. The love was not taught to me in school thus when I was growing up, for me love was as beautiful as it was written in stories and shown in films! As the packet of cigarettes comes with a warning “Don’t Smoke Its Injurious to Health”, then why doesn’t every book of love story and movie with Happy Ending comes up with a warning “Love is Beautiful only in films and stories, don’t try it in real life” But now unfortunately I know that this is not the correct picture of love after being hit by its pain and misery.
Not being warned anytime, you never restrict your heart. So, its easy for you to fell in love with someone easily but the first daunting task that comes is making her realise your feelings for her, making her feel what you feel for her. All of you would have played the role of secret lover in your life (maybe many times). Being a secret lover of someone makes you do strange things that you would have never imagined to do. You don’t want to miss a single glance of her. You want to talk to her as long as you could. You follow her blindly, at times bunk classes, lie to friends, and so on. This love makes you behave so stupid sometimes that before going to bed you start planning how you will meet her next time , what will you say , how will she react and you start doing the whole conversation in your mind. All the plans you make work very well in your dreams but when she comes in front of you the next time you even fail to try and just keep gazing her beautiful face.
It’s like,
Har saans mein
Har dhadkan mein ho tum
Har dhadkan mein ho tum
Chalte hai teri rahon mein
Jeete teri yaadon.. mein
Bin tere ik pal bhi jeena mushkil
Jeete teri yaadon.. mein
Bin tere ik pal bhi jeena mushkil
One can so easily say “I Love U” to a friend whom he doesn’t love or to a stranger as flirt but when this heart actually falls in love with someone truly, madly and deeply saying these three words become the most daring job of the world. It’s not just the fear of saying this to her it’s also the fear of losing her. If all this sounds stupid to someone he or she has not experienced the true love in his or her life.
Finally after gathering all the courage in this world to express her feelings of your heart in a very very special way that you would have planned after missing so many sleeps in the night, thinking just about this very special day you say these 3 magical words to her, somehow – twisted and tangled in your emotion praying just for one yes. And what she does - instead of understanding your hearts, she slaps (not your face) your heart shattering it into many many broken pieces.
For you it’s like the end of life. Many weak-hearted ones end up taking their life others screw up their lives. You try to forget her but every time even if her name comes in front of you a tear tickles down your eye. Every time you think of the word “love” again it’s her picture that comes in your mind. Knowing very well that you have no chance to get her but you always have some slightest hope in your heart that revives you always when you think of her.
These are the words that in the heart of a true lover which hearrrtsss him always……..
Har pal har lambha, main kaise sehta hoon
Har pal har lambha, main khud se yeh kehta rehta hoon
Tujhe bhula diya,
Tujhe bhula diya,
Phir kyu teri yaadon ne
Muje rula diyaa
